It is a family of vegetables that its name from neo-latin for the shape of its flowers, that of a cross (the four petals resemble a cross).   It includes vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and many other green leaf vegetables.   These vegetables are thought to have cancer fighting properties, contain nutrients highly beneficial to the body, and help support the liver's ability to detoxify the body.  For example having these vegetables in your diet can help reduce your hangover symptoms!

Gallium has the distinction of having the largest temperature difference between its melting and boiling points, melting at 29.7646 °C (85.5763 °F) and boiling at 2403 °C (​4357 °F)!

Recently Colossal Biosciences, a company based in Dallas, reported that with the use of genetic engineering and surrogate dogs they now have three dire wolfs.  This would mean they have brought a species back from extinction one that has been extinct for 12,000 years.
